In the light of the earthquake which has devastated Haiti, it's been reported today (Jan 14th, 2010) that most major US airlines servicing Haiti are reporting a spike in reservation requests for round-trip tickets to Port-au-Prince, with most requests coming from the major US metropolitan areas such as New York, Miami and Los Angeles ...
Asked for reasons as to why this demand for round-trip tickets to Port-au-Prince should occur today (Jan 14th, 2010), officials at one major US airline servicing Haiti commentated, than "Maybe" the spike in reservations had something to do with President Obamas promise of financial aid to the devastated Haiti-Half of the big island of Espanola !!, thus encouraging US residing family members, to return to Haiti with the soul intent of helping in the Search for lost family members, with one arrival stating he was here to try and find the almost 20 immediate members of his family, on his "Great Uncles side !?!? ....
